AKB48 fans in Singapore are preparing for an amazing weekend with their favorite idol group.On May 14th, AKB48’s official Singapore store will hold its launch event. Doors open at 1:00 PM, and fans can grab exclusive merchandise, such as posters, T-shirts, pens, photobooks, and much more. Those who spend over $15 SGD will be eligible to attend a special handshake event with members Misaki Iwasa, Mika Komori, and Miho Miyazaki. As if that weren’t exciting enough, the following day will see the first ever performance at the AKB48 Theatre in Singapore. 16 members were flown in from Japan, and they’re gearing up for a spectacular 90-minute show. Fans have the opportunity to grab two shows that day, one at 3:00 PM and one at 7:00 PM.Whew! We hope you guys bought tickets for the show, because we’re sure that the girls will rock the stage.
